This policy explains how M.S.R. AB ("msr.", "we") handles personal data when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.
Who is responsible
M.S.R. AB, Gothenburg, Sweden, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at info@msrinvest.se.
What we collect and why
- Newsletter: your first name, last name and email address, so that we can send you our monthly letter and quarterly reports. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Applications: if you email us your CV or an application, we use it to assess you for current or future roles or research collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruitment. Applications are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Contact messages: your name, organisation, email address and message, so that we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who we share it with
We use an email service provider to manage the newsletter. The provider processes your data on our behalf and within the EU/EEA. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most 24 months.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics, we will say so here.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise your rights, email us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
